Learning the processing, cooking and transformation techniques of local products under the exclusive guidance of starred chefs. Creating a menu and bringing a story to the table, a path through Abruzzo cuisine.

A path for both food experts and enthusiasts. An itinerary that will allow you to get to know the gastronomy and the biodiversity of Abruzzo mountainous hinterland. Eight stages conceived to meet with small producers and discover local products , learn about processing techniques and cooking together with two starred chefs, Marcello Spadone and Peppino Tinari.
